Characteristics: Red Birch gives you a similar grain pattern to maple while adding a warm red hue. For the most consistant look, choose a steamed birch. |

Grades: New Heart Pine, Reclaimed Heart Pine, Southern Yellow Pine
Characteristics: Colors vary from the yellow tones of Southern Yellow Pine to the reddish hues of New Heart Pine (shown) to the rich red tones of Reclaimed Heart Pine. Though Pine is very soft the material makes a wonderful rustic floor and normal wear simply adds to the knots and natural grain variation of the wood. |
